Subject:An utterly silly drabble
Time:04:44 pm
Current Mood:bouncybouncy
Title: The Boy with the Green Valvet Band
Rating: PG
Word count: 100
Pairings or characters involved: Jack/Stephen
Character(s) to give rum to: Mr. Pullings
Author and notes: An answer to Challenge #11. I realise that it is a total acronym, however, for the sake of my sanity, it had to be written. The bloody plot wombat wouldn’t leave me alone.

A sudden pain afflicted Jack’s rearmost portion. He frowned, but did not bother to turn. There was only one person on board who would pinch a Captain of his Majesty’s Royal Navy, on the Quarterdeck of his own ship, in broad daylight.

“You are not wearing green,” Stephen commented.

Why would I? Jack wondered, before recalling the day. “I’m in uniform,” he added, understanding.

“You might wear a coloured hair ribbon,” the Irishman pointed out. “I did give you one last year.” When he had done exactly the same thing.

I might, thought Jack, But then you wouldn’t pinch me.

That's because you weren't the one with its teeth embedded in your ankle.

You can have the next one.

Thank you. There's so much Sneaky!Stephen fic out there (I've written it myself), I thought a reverse was in order this time.

I don't actually listen to Great Big Sea that much, though I saw them 'Live a couple of years ago. But it's St. Paddy's Day, and my Irish ancestors came to me and demanded to hear "The Night Pat Murphy Died" in tribute to them (Yes, I have strange ancestors).

*pinches the rearmost portion of Stephen, the creature, just because*

Wonderful silliness, my dear! :-)
